If you are a business customer that is exempt from state sales tax, or a re-seller with a resale exemption please send us a copy of your state sales tax exemption form. The form must be valid, signed, and match the shipping address for your order. If you want to place an online store order, we will issue you a refund for the sales tax charged. Otherwise you can contact us directly with your order and we will process it manually.
This is a mandate of the product manufacturers who are shipping directly to you from their warehouses.
If you can wait 2-3 days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse, please let us know by phone or email when you place your order. We will waive the sales tax charge (except for PA customers).
